Two apartments house a total of seven students.
The East Apartment houses four students. One room has a private bathroom. The three other tenants share the other full bathroom in the East Apartment.
The West Apartment houses three students who share the one full bathroom.
Both Apartments include shared laundry machines that are free to use (NOT coin-op), there is a large shared kitchen in both the East and West Apartments, and all utilities including water, sewer, electric, trash, and high speed internet are included in the monthly rent.
As of 8/2024, rooms are available for the Summer and the Fall of 2025. Leases are for one academic year and run from August 20 of one year through May 19th of the next year. We incentivize students to stay in the summertime by charging the equivalent of one month’s rent for May 20-August 19th.
Rooms $700-$775 per month based on size and amenities for the Fall of 2025. (The price is for a room in the apartment that is shared with other tenants, not for the apartment itself.
We very often have more tenants that graduate students than undergraduates. This property is designated for student housing. We do not rent to non-students, and non-UIUC affiliated persons.
