Solemn Choral Evensong

On October 13, the Canterbury Choir will offer Evensong at 4:00 p.m. This service includes evening prayers, psalms and canticles from the Book of Common Prayer. The choir will sing Rheinberger’s motet, ‘Abendlied’ as the choral introit, while Balfour Gardner’s ‘Evening Hymn’ will be the anthem. Organ music will include the ‘Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor’ by J. S. Bach and The Preludium in F-sharp Minor by Dietrich Buxtehude. Please join us!
